USER AGREEMENT

Terms and concepts used in this Agreement

Elenapatternstudio is a legal entity registered in accordance with the Law of Russian Federation,

IP Elena Vladimirovna Vostrikova, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 540213348850, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 321774600239236, acting as site administrator/contractor.

The site is a resource located on the Internet at elenapatternstudio.com.

User or “You” – any individual using the Site.

Registration is the procedure for creating a unique login and password for the User.

Authorization – identification of the User on the Site by entering a unique login and password by the User.

Personal account (My Account) – website functionality available to a User who has passed Authorization.

Product – author’s patterns in digital form – files in PDF format. Pattern author Elenapatternstudio.

Downloading is an electronic digital transfer leading to the creation of an electronic digital copy of the Product in the memory of the User’s device, which the User can use to store and reproduce the pattern.

General provisions

By using the Site, you express your unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement and all other conditions set out on the pages of the Site, undertake to comply with them, and in case of disagreement with any of the conditions, immediately stop using the Site.

Elenapatternstudio reserves the right to change this Agreement without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on this page, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

Elenapatternstudio does not intentionally collect information from minors and does not use or target the content of the Site to minors. Responsibility for the actions of minors, including their purchase of Products on the Site, lies on the legal representatives of minors.

Registration, authorization and security

Registration on the Site is carried out automatically when making the first purchase of the Product after clicking the “Confirm order” button.

Registration on the Site provides you with a non-transferable right to use your Personal Account.

To Register, you agree to provide an email address that only you have access to.

If you provided an incorrect email address when registering or purchasing a Product, please notify us at shop@elenapatternstudio.com.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your authorization password. A unique authorization password is randomly generated by the Site during registration and sent to your email address. You can change this authorization password to your own using the appropriate function on the Site.

You confirm that you do not have the right to transfer your authorization password to third parties, and also do not have the right to receive it from third parties.

You have the right to demand that Elenapatternstudio delete your Personal Account at any time. To do this, you need to send the corresponding request to shop@elenapatternstudio.com.

Privacy Policy

Your email address is used only for the purposes described in this Agreement.

Elenapatternstudio collects anonymized data automatically obtained while you are on any page of the Site: IP address; cookie information; information about the devices from which you access the Site (device type, model, browser version); information about your browser (or other program through which you access the Site’s services); access time, address of the requested page.

Purchasing Goods

Elenapatternstudio accepts payment for the Product by banc cards Visa or MasterCard. All prices are displayed in Russian Rubles. Payment is accepted using payment services. Payment servis convertes ammount in Russian Rubles to USD and charge your banc card in USD.

After successful payment for the Product and receipt of confirmation from the payment service, you will have access to download the Product in your Personal Account.

You hereby give your permition to inform you by sending messages to your email address:

– about registration on the Site;

– about a request to change the authorization password in your Personal Account;

– about links to download the goods you purchased;

as well as other events of any nature related to your orders, if necessary.

You can write reviews of purchased Products. You agree that Elenapatternstudio reserves the right not to display your review to other users of the Site if it contains information not related to the Product, slander or insult.

You can send all questions related to the purchase of the Product to shop@elenapatternstudio.com.

Rules for exchange and return of goods

Downloaded Products cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have not yet downloaded the Product, you can send a request for a replacement to shop@elenapatternstudio.com.

Ownership

Copyright for the Products belongs to Elenapatternstudio. The purchase of the Products provides you with a non-transferable right to use the purchased Products for the purpose of sewing clothing and accessories. It is prohibited to transfer to third parties completely, partially or processed (modified) Products.
