Jacket Ischia, Pattern

$12.70

Pattern for a quilted jacket with a moderate volume and a slightly tapered silhouette. The jacket features a non-detachable, four-panel hood with a drawstring channel for an adjustable fit. The front closure is a centered, separating zipper that extends into the hood stand. The zipper is finished with corded piping on both sides.

A wind flap with a chin guard is placed behind the zipper. The jacket has slightly dropped shoulders. The long, one-seam sleeves are finished with knitted cuffs.

The front pockets feature vertical zip-up openings. The pocket zippers are also finished with corded piping and are topped and tailed with flaps. The pocket bags are constructed from fleece, with the pocket entries (facings) made from the main fabric.

The jacket is insulated and fully lined. The lining includes two patch inner pockets.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:

For sewing this model, it is recommended to choose moderately dense raincoat and jacket fabrics; the fabrics may have a membrane coating or impregnation. Lining materials containing viscose are recommended for the lining. Also, thin raincoat materials can be used as lining. For pocket bags, it is recommended to use fleece with a density of 190 g/m².

For insulation, it is recommended to use new-generation synthetic insulation with a density of 150 – 300 g/m². When choosing insulation of 200 – 300 g/m², I recommend using 2 layers: 100+100 g/m² and 150+150 g/m².

The jacket in the Elenapatternstudio photo is made from 100% polyester raincoat fabric, density 150 g/m²; lining – thin raincoat fabric, 100% polyester; insulation – Isosoft, 2 layers of 150 g/m² each; inside pocket bags – fleece with a density of 190 g/m².
