USER AGREEMENT
Terms and Definitions Used in This Agreement
Elenapatternstudio – designer’s commercial designation.
The website – an online resource available on the Internet at elenapatternstudio.com.
User or “You” – any individual using the website.
Registration – the process of creating a unique login and password for the User.
Authorization – the identification of the User on the website by entering a unique login and password.
Personal Account (My Account) – a set of functions on the website available to a User who has passed Authorization.
Product – sewing patterns and sewing instructions in digital format (PDF files).
Downloading – the electronic transfer of a digital file that results in the creation of a copy of the Product on the User’s device, allowing the User to store and reproduce the pattern.
General Provisions
The website is operated and administered by Konstantin Shchepelev, who acts as the authorized Seller of the Product. For customer support and inquiries, please contact us at shop@elenapatternstudio.com.
By using the website, you expressly agree to all the terms of this Agreement and all other policies set forth on the website’s pages. You undertake to comply with them. If you disagree with any of the terms, you must immediately stop using the website.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted on this page, unless otherwise stated in the new version.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and the website’s content is not intended for or targeted at minors. Legal guardians are responsible for the actions of minors, including their purchases of Products on the website.
Registration, Authorization, and Security
Registration on the website is carried out automatically upon the first purchase of a Product.
Registration on the website grants you a non-transferable right to use your Personal Account.
For Registration, you agree to provide a valid email address to which only you have access.
If you provided an incorrect email address during registration or purchase, please notify us at shop@elenapatternstudio.com.
You agree to keep your authorization password confidential. A unique authorization password is randomly generated by the website during registration and sent to your email address. You can change this password using the corresponding function on the website.
You confirm that you are not permitted to transfer your authorization password to third parties or obtain it from third parties.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Account at any time by sending a corresponding request to shop@elenapatternstudio.com.
Privacy Policy
Your email address is used only for the purposes described in this Agreement. We do not provide your email to any third party.
You hereby give your permission to be informed via email regarding:
- your registration on the website;
- a request to change the password for your Personal Account;
- links to download the Products you have purchased;
as well as other messages related to your orders, if necessary.
Website collects anonymized data automatically obtained during your visit to any page of the website, including: IP address; cookie data; information about the devices you use to access the website (device type, model, browser version); information about your browser (or other program used to access the Site’s services); access time, and the address of the requested page.
Purchasing Products
Payment
You can pay using your PayPal account or create a new one during checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal merchant Konstantin Shchepelev. You can pay using Visa or MasterCard via our secure payment gateway.
Delivery
All products are digital PDF files. No physical goods will be shipped.
After successful payment confirmation, the User receives instant access to the Product via the Personal Account on the website. Additionally, an automated email containing secure download links is sent to the User’s registered email address. The website records the date and time of the file download to ensure delivery fulfillment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital Product is provided, it is non-refundable and not eligible for exchange or replacement. By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges that they have carefully reviewed the Product description and selected the correct size/options. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “accidental” purchases or changes of mind.
Feedback
You can write reviews on the website for purchased Products on the product page. You agree that we reserve the right not to publish your review if it contains information unrelated to the Product, or if it contains slander or insults.
Intellectual Property
All Products on this website are the intellectual property of the designer, Elena Vostrikova. Konstantin Shchepelev has the exclusive right to sell and distribute these digital materials via the website.
Purchasing a Product grants you a non-transferable right to use it for the purpose of sewing clothing and accessories. You are prohibited from transferring the Product to third parties in its entirety, in part, or in any modified form.
